I’ve preordered. How can I check the delivery date?
The current delivery time is listed on the website. This is the date that applies to the product you have preordered. In case of delays, the delivery date will be updated on the product page. It is not possible to receive the product before this date, as no stock is available beforehand.
The delivery time is an estimate
Please note that the delivery time for preorders is an estimate. Since unforeseen events may occur along the way, the date cannot be guaranteed to be exact.
Example:
A set of socks was preordered with an estimated delivery date of January 21. In this case, the date of January 21 applies, and no products will be available before this date.
If you want to check the delivery date, it can easily be verified on the product page. The delivery date is continuously updated and becomes more precise as the delivery date approaches.
Delivery
We deliver your order in France, Europe and the the rest of the world. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking link of your package to allow you to track its delivery.
Our carriers deliver during normal working hours and may require a signature acknowledging receipt of the package. We therefore advise you to have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present during the day to receive the package.

All delivery times are valid if your order is placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday, there will be no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Kolibri Socks is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
In the event of a delivery problem linked to an incorrect or incomplete address, KOLIBRI SOCKS declines all responsibility and cannot pay for a new shipment at its own expense.
You have the right to exchange or return any product purchased on www.kolibrisocks.fr for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
All returned products must not have been worn, and with their label intact. When you return or exchange any item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund it. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs of the original order. Any reimbursement we make will be made using the same means of payment as the one you used to order.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of products during the return process.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the "Code de la Consommation", the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to :
- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
