Refund policy

You have the right to exchange or return any product purchased on www.kolibrisocks.fr for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

All returned products must not have been worn, be with their label intact and their packaging intact. When you return or exchange any item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange or refund it. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs of the original order. Any reimbursement we make will be made using the same means of payment as the one you used to order.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of products during the return process.
